Frequently Asked Questions

Measuring & Fitting

No worries – we've got you! Our easy-to-follow measuring guide is right here: How to Replace Kitchen Doors. It walks you through it all, step by step.

We're a supply-only company, so we don't fit the doors ourselves – but don't worry, they're super straightforward to install yourself. We've got loads of handy tips on our website: Fitting Tips.

Need a bit of extra help? Just give us a ring on 01825 701125 or drop us a line at [email protected] – we're happy to help!

It's simple:

  • Top hinge: From the top edge of the door to the centre of the top hinge hole.
  • Bottom hinge: From the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the bottom hinge hole.

Each hole is 35mm in diameter and a standard depth.

Stand facing your doors:

  • Hinges on the right = right-hand door
  • Hinges on the left = left-hand door

We do! Please get in touch and we'll provide a special spreadsheet for ordering sloping doors.

Ordering & Samples

Absolutely – we highly recommend it, especially if you're trying to match an existing kitchen or are dreaming up a new look.

  • Swatches: Free! They're made from the same vinyl and finish as the doors. They are posted directly from us and take approximately 2 days to arrive.
  • Sample doors: A good-sized example door to represent your chosen style, finish, and colour, and show you the quality of our doors. These take around two weeks to be made and delivered.

Both can be found on the product page of your choice, just select a colour and style!

Sure! Email us a photo of your doors at [email protected] and we'll do our best to find the closest match. Don't forget to include your postal address and we'll pop some free colour swatches in the post.

Yes! Our doors come in made-to-measure sizes and are available in a wide range of styles, colours, and finishes, so they're compatible with most major kitchen brands, including IKEA, Howdens, Wren Kitchens, Magnet Kitchens, and more.

Simply provide us with the required measurements, and we'll produce doors to fit.

No – to reduce waste, we do not produce physical catalogues. Everything is available online, including sample ordering.

We are an online only company and therefore we do not have a showroom. However, you can find everything you need on our website (including our sample swatches and doors!).

Product Information

No – they're sold individually. The photos on our website of doors and drawer fronts are for illustration purposes only.

  • Anything 283mm and above: Sold and styled as full doors.
  • Anything below 283mm: Sold and styled as drawer fronts.

Yes, we can! You'll just need to let us know where to drill:

  • Measure from the top of the door down to the centre of the top hinge hole.
  • Then measure from the bottom up to the centre of the bottom hinge hole.

Holes are a standard 35mm diameter and placed at a standardised distance in from the side.

The distance in from the side of the door to the centre of each hinge hole is standardised; each hole is also a standard depth with a set diameter of 35mm.

Not quite – our doors are vinyl-wrapped, so no official RAL codes. But lots of customers take our swatches to paint shops to get a good match.

We offer open frame doors (no actual glass included). Just pick "Open frame" when choosing your door type. You'll need a glazier to supply and fit the glass panel for you.

We do.

  • Hinge holes are 100mm from the top and bottom.
  • Hinges aren't included, so you'll need to order those separately.
  • Wall Units come with brackets.

Order online.

Yes, we sell all the extra bits too – plinths, pelmets, cornices, panels, hinges, handles – you name it. Just scroll down on the product page and you'll find them under the "Accessories" tab.

We specialise in doors, drawer-fronts, and door accessories like handles and hinges – sorry, we don't sell worktops.

Delivery

Each product page has the estimated lead time – usually around 2 weeks.

Our courier sets the charge for smaller orders. We know it can seem a bit steep, but we've picked them because they're reliable with big, bulky (and expensive!) orders.

Some postcodes cost more for the courier, so there might be a little extra charge. If possible, you could have it delivered to a friend or family member in a cheaper delivery area and pick it up when you visit.

We can deliver to most of the Highlands and Islands, please ask us for a price!

Sometimes larger items get split in delivery. If anything's missing, get in touch with us straight away so we can speak to the courier and sort it out.

Changes, Returns & Refunds

Orders go off to our manufacturers really quickly – usually within minutes. So, if you need to change anything, let us know immediately. Once it's in production, we can't make changes.

Same thing – once your order's in production, we can't add more to it. There's no holding area at the factory to add extras later on.

If you need to order more, just get in touch and we'll quote for a new order.

Most of our items are made-to-measure, so they're non-returnable – even the popular sizes, as they're all made from scratch.

The only exception is cabinets and handles – you can return those if they're unused.

We totally get that things don't always go to plan. Please check everything over when it arrives – unwrap the items and peel off the protective film (clear or blue). If something's damaged or not quite right, let us know within 2 working days, with some photos, and we'll fast-track a free like-for-like replacement.

If it's reported after 2 days, we might not be able to replace it, so best to check as soon as you can!

Other FAQs

Yes! If your order is £99 or more, we offer 0% interest for 4 months on your order through PayPal credit, making your new kitchen even more affordable.
